A Certified Professional who is assigned to teach and guide Teams in order to assist with the implementation of set piece and team formation training and/or their attainment of the training pathway that is more appropriate; best suited for and in alignment with their team training goals and Technical Skill needs. Trainers monitor the Teams Technical Skills standing, external challenges; knowledge of the game; learning disabilities; capabilities and needs. The Team Trainer is a viable outside consulting resource that is there to help the team learn and succeed as both individual players and as a unified cohesive group or team.
