Any Soccer up America Coach must be enrolled in the U.S Soccer Coaching Program or has previous Coaching Experience or both. Soccer up America Coaches can also be certified in or on a specific move or technical skill or multiple skills. The Professional Designation Certification or License allows a Coach to be enlisted in our directory of Coaches as a referral for that specified skill. It also allows for the Coach to work as an Independent Contractor for our Company (1099). Our Designated Licensed Coaches can then be hires to work during Camps as Certified Teaching Professionals and may also serve as volunteers and Guest Coaching Specialists during special events and training. Our Professional Licenses apply within our system, but may be used by Coaches of their own accord to validate their continued professional and technical development before other agencies/organizations who may choose to or not to acknowledge their Certification as Soccer up America is an independently owned and operated brand.
