Academy Team up Mentor

Certified Training Academy Team-up Mentors

• Academy Team-up Mentors are to work for their local home school Communities and in conjunction with other programs such as Team-up; Take Stock In Children; 500 Role Models and Donation U™ in order to provide mentorship and counseling services to Title 1 and other identified At-Risk Student Populations

• Identify; lift-up and serve Disadvantaged and/or At-Risk Student Athletes who are passionate about the “Beautiful” game of soccer in both one on one and group settings when limited resources are available.

• A Soccer Up America™ Certified Academy Team-up Mentor is an approved person; professional or student that is selected for the specific role of providing Mentoring Services for Students identified as an Community At-Risk Student

• In order to train others to become Training Academy Team-up Mentors. They must complete a 24 Hour Peer Counseling Training and Certification Course and includes an End of Course (EOC) examination.
